IS YOUR CONTROLLER ELIGIBLE?
In order to make it a Cinch, be sure your controller was purchased after the fall of 2016. This will ensure we have the parts in stock to customize your new controller.

Controllers sent to us must be in 100% working condition and purchased within the last 6 months.
Any damaged, excessively dirty, or old controllers will be refused for service and returned at the customer’s expense.
We will not be responsible for controllers received without any order information.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We suggest you get a tracking number when shipping to us.
You are required to pay for shipping both ways; you will not receive a label from us.
Send in controllers are not eligible for a refund, but are covered under a 30 day “limited” warranty.
